Prices include VAT. A fixed price is confirmed before any work starts and does not move afterwards unless you change what you have asked for.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. What you pay is the work itself, quoted before we start. On an emergency the first hour on site covers getting to you and finding the fault, and we tell you the cost of fixing it before we touch anything.
How quickly can you get to me?
We are based in Thornton Heath, so most of Croydon is fifteen minutes away. For a burst pipe or no heating in winter we will usually be with you the same day, and we say so honestly if we cannot be.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, registration 919881. You can check it on the Gas Safe Register before we start, and you are entitled to ask to see the card on the doorstep. Anyone working on gas who cannot show you one should not be in your home.
